Shipping & Exchange Policy
Please allow 7-days from date of purchase for all orders to be shipped with additional time for weekends and holidays.
Items may be sent back for a "same item, different size" exchange ONLY thru ONLINE platform. Items may not be returned to any brick and mortar location. Items returned must be unworn, have tags attached and without damage and sent back at your own expense as insured mail. We are not responsible for items we do not receive.
To exchange an item, please reply back to your confirmation email with the order number and items you would like to exchange. Instructions will be sent to you.
Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL, no exchanges.
*Exchanges must be made 7 days after purchase was shipped. All orders after Christmas Day can be exchanged up to 10 days after Christmas Day.
*Any orders placed after December 16th may not arrive by Christmas.
